Knee Sprain. Do I need to stop playing?

A knee sprain is a common injury that requires careful attention to ensure an effective recovery. After a sprain, following post-injury care guidelines is essential.
Adequate Rest:
After a knee sprain, it is important to rest the affected joint. Avoid putting weight on the injured knee and, if necessary, use crutches to help with mobility and reduce the load the knee is normally subjected to.
Physiotherapy: If you already have a regular physiotherapist or therapist, contact them. Rehabilitation with a physiotherapist is frequently necessary to strengthen the muscles around the knee and restore range of motion.
